Returns & Replacements

At PlantingTree, we stand behind the quality of our plants and home greenery; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all plants are kept in their original nursery containers and watered according to our care guides until the return process is complete.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the plants to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective shipping boxes, ensuring the root balls are secure and the foliage is cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our nursery experts inspect the returned items to confirm they are in healthy condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
